Specialized spherical roller bearings support the eccentric and swing jaw shafts. The operating conditions in this unique
application require very specific bearing designs, quite different from the standard catalogue bearings carried by run o

In a typical jaw crusher, two outer bearings located on either side of the main frame support an eccentric shaft, while two
inner bearings support a movable jaw. These are commonly known as "Pitman" bearings. The reciprocating motion of the
shaft moves the Pitman against a second, stationary jaw.

1. The crusher bearing is worn or the cage is damaged, etc.: Check the wearing parts of the mechanical equipment in time
and replace the worn bearings.

2. The axial movement of the adapter bushing: remove the bearing cover on the frame, lock the adapter bushing and remove
the flywheel or groove wheel, and replace with a new adapter bushing.

3. The position of the counterweight of the flywheel of the crusher is out of alignment, and the frame jumps: the position of
the counterweight of the flywheel is adjusted to ensure that the position is not offset.

4. Crusher bearing oil hole is clogged, oil can not be added: clean oil hole, oil groove blockage.

5. The crusher bearing has oil cut-off or too much oil injection: When the user is operating the equipment, please read the
instructions carefully, and add oil on time according to the instructions.

6. Non-crusher bearing heating: friction heat generated by the movable jaw seal sleeve and the end cover or
the double-embedded cover of the housing bearing seat rotates together with the main shaft to generate
friction and heat. In this case, the end cover and sealing sleeve of the jaw crusher should be replaced, or the
upper bearing cover of the hot end of the frame bearing seat should be loosened, and the fuse and the
embedded cover should be pressed into the groove of the frame bearing seat, and then the upper bearing
should be fixed. Cover to eliminate the rotation of the embedded cover.
