Product Description

 

  The working principle of this model from Hongwan adopts electromagnetic excitation. The screening
surface vibrates while the entire screening box remains stationary. It features small vibrations and low
energy consumption.
  With a large vibration intensity (8-10 times the gravitational acceleration), the screening rate is
approximately 10%-50% higher than that of ordinary screens. It has high screening efficiency and a large
processing capacity.
  The screening surface is composed of a three-layer composite screen mesh. The upper layer uses a
double-layer steel wire woven composite mesh for screening operations, and the lower layer is connected
to the vibration arm by a steel wire core polyurethane support mesh.
  It is suitable for the classification, dewatering, desliming, etc. of fine-grained materials, and is widely
applied in industries such as mineral processing, coal, building materials, and chemical engineering.
